Services
Ideal WebKit provides web design and development services, including but not limited to website creation, maintenance, and related services. All services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Payments
Payment details, including pricing and payment schedules, will be agreed upon in writing before the commencement of any project. Ideal WebKit reserves the right to modify pricing with notice to the client.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, in the website developed by Ideal WebKit for the client shall remain the property of Ideal WebKit until full payment is received.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the completion of the project. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained during the course of the project. Ideal WebKit will not disclose any client information without prior written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability
Ideal WebKit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
Changes to Terms
Ideal WebKit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
